WISTARIA, DOLTON - OUTLINE AND RESERVED MATTERS
Outline and reserved matters approval given for four dwellings on land within the village of Dolton.
The proposal required careful negotiation on access, amongst other matters but was successfully secured.
WILROSA - ASHREIGHNEY, CHUMLEIGH
Another infill plot within a rural village which Clayewater Planning Group successfully secured permission on.
The proposal met the local plan objective of small scale development in villages with at least one community facility.
LAKENHAM HILL - NORTHAM, BIDEFORD
This infill plot within the main centre of Northam was given outline approval which will ensure the effective and efficient use of land within a built-up area.
PARK FARM, SHEEPWASH, BEAWORTHY
Outline approval secured by Clayewater Planning Group for ten dwellings on the edge of Sheepwash. To meet governments requirements the development included an off-site affordable housing contribution to be spent within the rural area.
SOLITUDE, PARKHAM
Members of the CPG were involved in taking this proposal to house dependant relatives right from the pre-planning stage to the build. CPG gained both planning and building regulation approval.
The need for accommodation to meet the requirements of extended families is becoming increasingly important.
Using knowledge and passion CPG have become very successful in this field and can now offer both a planning and building regulation service.
